职位描述：	职位要求：       1、Ideally  with  a  university  degree  or  diploma，Hotel  management,  or  similar  major       2、Received  relevant  training  of  Strategic  planning  and  management、Leadership  building、Organizational  change  management、Executive  power、strategic  sales  and  marketing、law  and  Financial  management,etc.       3、8  yeas  work  experience  as  on  Senior  management  posetion  in  5  star  hotel       4、With  a  clear  idea  of  hotel  management  and  a  high  degree  of  passion  and  the  work  processes  to  improve  the  quality  of  consciousness,  very  strong  awareness  of  the  objectives  of  the  quality  of  insight  and  ability,  strong  sense  of  responsibility       5、Strong  communication  and  coordination,  team  management  and  resource  integration  capabilities,  excellent  ability  in  strategy  and  proposal  writing。       6、Good  problem  solving,  administrative  and  interpersonal  skills  are  a  must。                     1、本科以上学历，酒店管理及其他相关专业；       2、培训经历：战略规划管理、领导力建设、组织变革管理、执行力、销售策划、法律及财务管理等方面的培训；         3、8年以上五星级酒店高层管理工作经历；       4、具有清晰的酒店经营管理思路，高度的工作激情及流程质量改善意识，极强的目标意识和质量洞察能力，责任感强；         5、极强的沟通协调、团队管理和资源整合能力，优秀的策略撰写和提案能力；         6、必须具有良好的解决问题、行政管理和人际交往能力
