职位描述：	职位要求：       1、大学本科学历，财会金融或酒店/旅游管理专业       2、会计师证书持有者优先       3、至少有两年的财务部总监或财务部经理的工作经验       4、善于解决问题，必须有良好的行政管理能力及人际沟通能力       5、以康帝国际酒店管理的策略和品牌标准高效运行财务部，同时满足员工，顾客和业主三者的期望。       6、对财务部的财会和金融进行计划，组织，引导，调控和管理以及对系统资讯部门的政策和程序、营运及行政管理等方面进行管理。                     1、Ideally  with  a  university  degree  or  diploma  in  Finance  or  Hospitality/Tourism  management;         2、CA  certification  would  be  an  advantage;         3、Minimum  2  years  work  experience  as  Director  of  Finance  or  Finance  Manager;         4、Good  problem  solving,  administrative  and  interpersonal  skills  are  a  must.         5、To  run  the  Finance  Department  efficiently  in  line  with  Kande  International‘s  Corporate  Strategies  and  brand  standards,  whilst  meeting  employee,  guest  and  owner  expectations.         6、To  managing  the  department,  through  planning,  organizing,  directing  and  controlling  the  Accounting  &  Finance  and  Information  Systems  policies  and  procedures,  operation  and  administration.
